Domonique Jenkins, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
As Chief Executive Officer and Lead Consultant, Domonique provides the strategic direction and operational oversight that drives Divinity Consultants’ success. A proud U.S. Air Force Veteran, she brings over 15 years of experience in federal human resources, workforce development, and organizational leadership.
Domonique’s career includes senior HR roles with the U.S. Agency for Global Media, Department of Defense, and Civilian Personnel Advisory Centers (CPACs), where she specialized in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance. Her expertise in process improvement, workforce training, and organizational development informs a leadership philosophy rooted in integrity, innovation, and service.

Sierre-Telete Adams, Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Sierre-Telete is a U.S. Air Force Veteran and Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience in federal HR staffing, quality assurance, and workforce accountability. She has served in key HR leadership roles at the U.S. Census Bureau, National Park Service, Internal Revenue Service, and the Department of the Air Force, where she managed audits, policy compliance, and strategic hiring initiatives.
As COO, Sierre-Telete leads Divinity Consultants’ operational excellence and program compliance strategy. She is recognized for her ability to merge data analytics with people-centered solutions—improving efficiency, audit readiness, and workforce engagement.
